Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your order at any time via the link provided or through 17TRACK.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days at support@paisiblelab.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
