60-Day Cat Approval Guarantee

We stand behind one thing: your cat's verdict matters more than ours.

If your cat does not adopt AquaPure within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. No return required. No questions asked.

To initiate a refund under the Cat Approval Guarantee, email us at support@paisiblelab.com within 60 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and a brief note. We process refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Standard Returns

Outside of the Cat Approval Guarantee, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your AquaPure arrives damaged or stops functioning within the warranty period, contact us immediately at support@paisiblelab.com with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement at no charge.

Pump Shield — Care+ Plans

Care+ protection plans are non-refundable once a replacement has been issued under the plan. If no replacement has been issued, Care+ plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
